完善义务教育课程标准
教育部基础教育课程教材专家咨询委员会第二次全会召开
本报讯（记者 焦新）3月29日，教育部基础教育课程教材专家咨询委员会第二次全体会议在北京召开，会议就义务教育课程标准修订工作进行了咨询。教育部基础教育课程教材专家咨询委员会主任委员许嘉璐主持会议。教育部副部长刘利民出席会议并讲话。
刘利民指出，为全面贯彻落实教育规划纲要的任务要求，要进一步深化基础教育课程改革，强化课程改革的制度机制建设，提高课程教材研究设计和咨询决策的科学化水平。从2003年开始，教育部组织专家对课程标准进行了深入调研和全面修订，目前课程标准的修订工作已基本完成。为确保新修订的课程标准的水平和质量，教育部特别向课程教材专家咨询委员会征求意见，对义务教育各学科课程标准进行把关。希望课程教材专家咨询委员本着求真、务实、民主、共建的精神，按照德育为先、以人为本、能力为重、全面发展和与时俱进的原则，对义务教育课程标准的不断完善提出真知灼见。
咨询委员对义务教育各学科课程标准征求意见稿给予了充分肯定。咨询委员普遍认为，新一轮基础教育课程改革引领了我国基础教育改革与发展的方向，促进了基础教育的内涵发展和质量提高，并在国际上产生了积极影响。修订后的各学科课程标准，充分体现了社会主义核心价值体系的要求和我国经济社会发展的新要求，更加符合教育发展规律和人才成长规律以及新时期基础教育改革与发展的方向。同时，与会咨询委员也对课程标准提出了建设性的意见建议，希望各学科课程标准进一步体现因材施教的要求，进一步强调在教师指导下学生主动学习的教学理念，进一步强调与学生学习能力相适应的探究学习要求，进一步加强学科间的衔接，规范各学科课程标准间的体例格式。
