面对课堂早上吃早饭时,女儿忽然对我说,“你上课一次都不喊我，哼。”
“我哪有不喊你，那一年级数学老师对他儿子怎样呢？”

是的，课堂上，对女儿我从不袒护。对她而言，我不可能一直教她，不能让她养成太随意的习惯。对我而言，面对那么多期盼，渴求的眼神，我于心不忍。记得我刚接手二年级数学时，周心怡同学数学考了18分分进了我们班的，开学两周后第一单元练习册配套测试练习，同事的儿子认定她肯定不及格，结果是68分，到现在已有四五次类似练习，她有时六十几分，有时七十几分，离优秀还有很长的一段距离，但我相信她会慢慢变得更好一些的。
课堂上，我更多一些时间关注中下生，让那些优等生有点儿嫉妒，中下生问题回答错误，甚至有时会引起他们生气，因为如果那样，将影响他们小组多赢得智慧果的机会。
班上分成四小组，正确解决问题的可以给本组加上智慧果，个人回答问题正确也可以给本组添加智慧果，能提出一个有价值的问题供大家解决的也可以给本组添加智慧果……一堂课下来，智慧果最多的那一组或那几组就是红旗小组。因为给每一组的机会差不多是均等的，所以大家很在意红旗小组花落谁家。临近下课时，有点小组欢呼雀跃，有的小组相差那么一点点会闷闷不乐，不过，到第二天，大家还是一样的竞争意识特别强，谁都为自己的精彩表现能为本小组赢得红艳艳的智慧果为荣。
女儿以前也抗议过，我说一说也就烟消云散了。挺好玩的一件事是晚上睡觉时，我对她说：“晚安，GOOD EVENING !”她总是这样说，“GOOD EVENING， MY TEACHER!”我回应道：“GOOD EVENING，MY GIRL。”
