冯长得确实很斯文，再在鼻梁上架上一副眼镜，那就更文质彬彬了。记忆中有这几个片段：1、上课，请他回答问题，他会很开心；但是当他举手没请到他的话，他会很失望，还会发出“唉”这样的惋惜声。2、他因得星数名列前几名，而成为记录员之一（给他们设立的一项奖惩制度，有各项内容有专门的负责人），但是他的工作并不认真，其他同学有反映，到他那里去记录，他敷衍了事，到周末总结的时候，他的记录本有时忘带。3、当他再一次当选为负责人时，他向我提出不做的要求。4、他回家作业做得很快，当天就交给我了，但是书写质量不高，错误得也多，跟他指出这一问题，但是他一副无所谓的表情，下次还是依然如故，字写得仍然不好，其实他是能写好的。
以上四点，再综合我对他的一些观察，我觉得他存在以下方面的不足：1、功利心。2、只听得进表扬，听不进批评。3、学习不够踏实。原因可能是：家人肯定很宠他，全家都围着他转，让他觉得自己就是世界的“中心”，其他人都得围绕着他转，别人只能表扬他，而他不会考虑别人的感受，自我为中心。这可能在大多数独生子女身上都存在，只是程度不同而已。
后记：我在列举了现象之后，总结和分析并不到位，只会凭感觉主观臆断，也说不出什么来，缺乏调查研究，应该和家长沟通，了解孩子在家的情况，综合来考虑。不过，一般找家长都是说孩子的不是，总是在孩子犯错的时候。想冯这样的问题，专程找家长来不合适，可以在家长来接孩子的时候，留住家长说两句，了解孩子，再去想办法和孩子沟通，帮他改进。
把一个小孩子的情况写出来，和光在脑子里想，确实不同，写出来能够深入，以后要多动手写写孩子。
